SE Ranking AI visibility tracker features
The SE Ranking AI visibility tracker has three main parts, according to its AI search toolkit page.
- AI Results Tracker. Runs the prompts you choose and records whether your brand is mentioned, with or without a link, and which of your pages are cited.
- AI Competitor Research. Shows which competitors appear in AI answers and how often, across engines.
- AI Source and Coverage Analysis. Maps which domains and URLs AI answers cite most, so you can see which third-party sites shape answers in your space.
Two smaller features stand out. The tracker keeps cached copies of AI answers, so you can read what an engine actually said rather than trust a summary score. It also keeps historical data, which matters because AI answers vary from run to run and only trends mean much.
The menu also lists AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity trackers, plus newer ChatGPT and AI Mode ads trackers. SE Ranking's free checker on the same page allows a few attempts per day without an account.
Strengths
SE Ranking's main strength is putting AI tracking next to classic SEO data at a mid-market price.

- Packaging takes reading. Prompts are bundled in plans, available as an add-on, and sold in a separate product. It is worth confirming which one fits before you sign up.
- Prompt counts are modest at the low end. One hundred daily prompts across five engines is fine for one brand, tight for an agency.
